Once repaired with matching colour welding rod the bin is as good as new. Before After Location Lugs Another common problem is damaged corner location lugs. This bin cannot be stacked. Firstly we cut out the old corner and prepare for welding in the replacement lug which we have had manufactured. New location lug in matching colour welded into place with matching colour rod. This bin can once again be stacked safely. Before First Stage After Damaged Corners Damaged corners weaken the bin making it impossible to stack. Once repaired it can go straight back into circulation. Before After Fork Lift Truck Damage Damage caused by fork lift trucks is another reason bins are taken out of circulation. This damage can be inexpensively repaired, no need to replace with expensive new bins. Before After Saving Another batch of plastic bins that would have been scrapped, now repaired and back in circulation at a fraction of the cost of replacing with new.
